As May 4th, also known as Star Wars day approaches, more and more leaks are doing the rounds regarding a Fortnite x Star Wars crossover. This time, the focus is on the Rebel Alliance, where you can expect Chewbacca and General Leia to arrive. But there’s more, as the Force is strong in Fortnite this year.
According toHypex, thanks to a new outfit and Mythic, you’ll be able to look like Chewbacca and fight using his legendary Bowcaster! You can expect at least one new Mythic (Wookie Bowcaster) as well as the return of lightsabers and Force abilities. A Princess Leia skin will also be up for grabs (most likely in the Item Shop), but in the form of General Leia Organa. We’re certain she’ll quickly become one of thebest Fortnite female skins.

What’s particularly interesting is that this year’s event will also cover new modes: Rocket Racing, Festival, and LEGO Fortnite. While not much is known on this content just yet, we can only hope that we’ll see podracers, in which Anakin Skywalker won his first race. As for the Festival, there is only one thing everyone is thinking about—the Cantina band!
