In a recent interview with FromSoftware communications manager andVG247, Yasuhiro Kitao reveals the size of the world ofSekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice Be Will Similar in Size to Bloodborne and Dark Souls 3
Fans have been awaiting the reveal of how relative the size of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is to that of previous FromSoftware games such asBloodborneandDark Souls 3. In an interview atGamescom 2018between VG247 and Kitao, he shares that the size of the game will be similar to that of the their recent works:
We can’t give a specific number of hours right now, but we think in terms of game volume, it’s probably not going to be too different from our recent titles.

Play-time is very nebulous, it varies from player to player with our old titles as well. Again with this game, in terms of development scope and what we’re trying to create in terms of the world and variety – it’s not going to differ too much.
While completion of the game will vary from player to player, it’s good news that their aim is to give FromSoft fans as much gameplay as their previous titles.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twicewill be releasing next year on March 22nd 2019 on Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.
