Celebrates the Year of the Snake

The video topping this announcement offers a glimpse of snake-themed weapons alongside “lightning-fast combat and precise strikes that capture the essence of classic martial arts films.”

Players take on the role of Soul, an elite assassin working for a powerful organization known as “The Order.” Accused of murdering the organization’s patriarch, Soul is wounded during the ensuing manhunt.

A mysterious healer saves him from death, but only temporarily—the cure will only last 66 days. Soul must uncover the truth behind the conspiracy against him while battling formidable enemies.

Phantom Blade Zeroremains in development forPlayStation 5 and PC, with a release date yet to be revealed, as the Chinese studio is keeping it under wraps for now.

Players will soon be able to explore its semi-open world. The creators opted for “multiple detailed and uniquely designed maps with diverse activities” rather than a continuous open world.
