From Skullcrushers to the Super Shotgun, what firearms are the best in the Slayers arsenal?
There are a total of 6 secrets to find in the Sentinel Barracks level of the game. Some are more well hidden than others, and we know where to find all of them.
Gold Chest
In the (first hell carrier) area, go to the Sentinel Shrine and follow the wall to the right. There will be a well in a secluded area you may hop into, revealing a secret area with a cultist circle and a collection of gold bars.
Continue through the path underground until you reach the Gold Chest.
Life Sigil
When re-entering the Hell Carrier, look for a gap in the right-side wall. Hop out and climb up the rock wall, then follow the path to the Blue Keycard.
With the Blue Keycard in hand, hop down and unlock the blue door, which contains a secret area with a Life Sigil inside.
While flying around on the outskirts of the Cathedral, look for a large demon on one of the rooftops. Target and destroy the demon to reveal a landing zone.
After landing, destroy the Gore Nest (?) to initiate a combat encounter. Defeat all of the enemies, then head down the stairs to reveal the Secret Area containing a Gold Chest.
Inside the Second Hell Carrier, stop before the boss encounter and turn around. Beneath the ledge you just dropped down from there is a Deag Loric Codex.
Weapon Skin
Go to the giant circular hole in the center of the upper Cathedral area, and fly all the way to the bottom. Defeat the large demon to reveal a landing zone and land on it.
Kill the Cultists in the courtyard, then jump down onto the side and find the hole in the wall to walk through. The weapon skin will be at the end of the inside path, unlocking the door in front of it.
Break the overheated lock holding up the small circular platform on the upper courtyard. This will create a hole full of water in its place.
Jump into the circular pool of water in the upper courtyard, and swim down. Unlock the center chamber by spinning the yellow valve on the wall to obtain the Red keycard.
Head back to the upper courtyard and unlock the Red locked door to the far tower to find the Ruby.
Look inside the hole in the wall of the small circular room by the pool of water. Aim your shield at the overheated lock and throw it to access the Gold Chest inside (you may need to jump).
After collecting the Super Shotgun, head inside and go down the hallway to your right. Immediately look to your right for a path to the outside ledge, and destroy the overheated metal chain.
Shield Bash the large crate, then climb up the crate (now on the other side of the entrance) and continue up the path into the large chamber inside.
Kill the cultists, and then defeat the enemies that spawn inside. Head to the lowered area in the back of the room to collect the Holy City of Aratum codex.
To exit the area, break the overheated lock on the large gate to the main hallway.
Farther along the right-side Hallway after the Super Shotgun, there will be a Ruby in a locked room.
Across from the locked door is a raised area with a green pressure plate. Throw your shield at the overheated lock holding the chandelier above the pressure plate to permanently unlock the door, then grab the Ruby inside.
Continue along the hallway that follows the Super Shotgun, and head out the doorway to the outside on the other end. Turn to your right and look over the edge to find a secret pathway you may drop onto.
Follow the path to the room of barrels, and defeat the enemy that breaks through the wall. Continuing along this path will lead you to the Toy next to the hallway.
After entering the Hell Carrier, follow the left path that leads up the ramp (not through the doorway on the right). Shield Charge through the ramp to find the Gold Chest and an enemy encounter.
