Finding Training Dummies in Final Fantasy XIV

Housing Item Training Dummies
You can also place training dummies in your personal or free companyhousing. Below is the full list of Striking Dummy items that are available currently in Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker. We’ve also listed the method they’re obtainable though. Additionally, all of these striking dummies are available through the Marketplace for Gil.
Stone, Sky, Sea
Stone, Sky, Sea is a training mode where you can test your DPS to ready for eight-player content such as Raids andExtreme Trials. You’ll be given three minutes to fight a striking dummy, with health based on the damage you’ll be expected to deal during the Trial or Raid you’re “simulating.” If you can deal enough damage to kill the dummy, then your damage should be enough to hold your own in the real thing.
